ICOSIM e.V. is an association of practitioners and pursues no commercial objectives. Please send the signed application for membership together with the SEPA B2B direct debit mandate and the data protection consent form to ICOSIM e.V.

Collection of the fee
The membership fee is collected immediately after your application has been successfully submitted, which at the same time activates your membership.

Access and membership card
You receive access to the regular ICOSIM portal and a membership card that is ideally suited for use as a name badge.

Access to the ICOSIM portal
Every member receives access to the regular ICOSIM portal. Active members additionally receive access to the working groups and their results and findings.
CaviTAU® pre-emption option
ICOSIM members receive a pre-emption option on the CaviTAU® ultrasound measuring device.
Discussion forum
Professional exchange of practical experience: questions on cases, findings and treatment decisions — among members, not publicly visible.
10% discount on OroTox® and MindLINK®
As an ICOSIM member, you receive a discount of 10% on the net purchase price when buying OroTox® or MindLINK® products.

Membership types and fees
What a membership costs
You select the type of membership in the Application for membership. It determines the membership fee and the extent of your involvement in the association. As an ordinary member, you are registered as an individual; as a legal entity, you are registered as a company, for example a group practice.
1 · For individual professionals
For dentists and physicians who become members as an individual or as a company, without a role on a committee.

For members who contribute to a specialist project of the Scientific Council or who lead and shape the association in the Executive Council.

3 · For companies, institutions and practice clinics
Circle Members support the development of ICOSIM as an Industry Partner, institution or larger practice clinic unit — in three tiers.

Regardless of the amount of the fee
All members receive the benefits described above under Your benefits, plus a membership card bearing the professional title of your choice — which can also be used as a name badge — and, on request, the association’s free newsletter.
The fee is collected immediately after successful submission of the application, which simultaneously activates the membership. Fees for subsequent terms are debited at the beginning of each term. This is based on the association’s official Application for membership.

Who can become a member?
ICOSIM e.V. is an interest group of practitioners.
The application for membership provides for the specialties General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Environmental Dentistry, Implantology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Other. Admission is possible as an ordinary member — i.e. as an individual — or as a legal entity.
What must be enclosed with the application?
To process your application, it is essential that you complete the SEPA B2B direct debit mandate and give your consent to data processing.
Please send all three parts, signed, by fax to +49 89 69 38 62 56, scanned by e-mail to info@icosim.de or by post to ICOSIM e.V., Mehlbeerenstr. 2, 82024 Taufkirchen.
Which fee applies to me?
The fee depends on the type of membership you select in the application.
The complete fee scale can be found in the section Membership types and fees.
What happens to my data?
ICOSIM e.V. stores all data on an external cloud server at a certified data centre in Germany. Your data will not be passed on for commercial use, such as advertising.
Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time — informally, to ICOSIM e.V., Mehlbeerenstr. 2, 82024 Taufkirchen. In the event of withdrawal, your data will be deleted.

If you are already a member and have forgotten your password, please send us your e-mail address so that we can help you as quickly as possible: info@icosim.de.
You can set a new password via Reset password.
